End User License Agreement (EULA) for UnMee

This End User License Agreement (”Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (referred to as ”User,” ”you,” or ”your”) and UnMee (”Company,” ”we,” ”our,” or ”us”) governing your use of the UnMee mobile application and any related services (collectively referred to as the ”App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant 1.1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. 1.2. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or any of its components to any third party. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
2. User-Generated Content 2.1. The App may allow you to generate or upload content, including but not limited to profile information, photos, messages, and other materials (”User Content”). 2.2. You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App. 2.3. You agree not to upload or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates this Agreement or our policies.
3. Objectionable Content 3.1. We do not tolerate objectionable content on the App, including but not limited to content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit. 3.2. You agree not to engage in any activity that promotes or encourages objectionable content or violates any applicable laws or regulations. 3.3. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal, user suspension, or termination of accounts, for any violation of this provision.
4. Privacy and Data Collection 4.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability 5.1. The App is provided on an ”as is” basis, and we make no warranties or representations regarding its availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your purposes. 5.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App or any actions taken in reliance on the App. 5.3. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of user profiles, interactions, or any third-party content on the App.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. 6.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
7. Termination 7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without liability or prior notice.
8. Miscellaneous 8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. 8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 8.3. We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time, and such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement within the App.
