Terms of Use

These terms of use govern your use of the software application AIssistant for mobile devices that was created by Nordic Elks AB. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and the accompanying privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

Use of the App

The App is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

The App is a content and idea generator which allows the user to generate content and ideas for social media. These can be saved for using later. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of use. You may not use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any ”junk mail,” ”chain letter,” ”spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by Company, may harm the Company or users of the App or expose them to liability.

Intellectual Property

The App and all content, materials and software included in or used in connection with the App (the ”App Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Nordic Elks AB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the App Materials except as permitted under these terms of use.

Termination

Nordic Elk AB reserves the right to terminate your use of the App at any time and for any reason.

Changes to the Terms of Use

These terms of use may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult these terms of use regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
